Thank you for visiting Fujibussan's website. As the daughter of the founder, Hiroshi Sekiguchi, growing up, I developed a passion for food, inspired by my parents and professional chefs. I love both simple and elaborate dishes and cherish moments spent enjoying delicious food with loved ones.

At Fujibussan, our food is often featured in special events, but our true value lies in appreciating nature's bounty, the heartfelt effort of our chefs, and the joy of sharing meals with family and friends.

We strive to amplify this joy through our culinary expertise, continually innovating our services and spreading joy. We look forward to building lasting relationships with our customers.

PROFILE

Michiko Taussac

Michiko Taussac was born in Fujiyoshida, Yamanashi. She studied Art History at Carleton University, Canada, and pursued Hotel and Restaurant Management at Katharine Gibbs School in New York. She worked at the Algonquin Hotel and The Plaza Hotel in New York before joining Fujibussan in 2003, where she contributed to HACCP implementation and factory management. She became President in 2014.
・Certified Delicatessen Manager.
・Board Member of the Japan Ready-Made Food Association.
・Awarded the Chevalier of the French Order of Agricultural Merit in July 2021.
