March 1979
Established by Hiroshi Sekiguchi, providing homemade smoked trout to hotels.
April 1985
Tokyo office opened in Shinjuku due to business expansion.
January 1988
New factory established in Fujiyoshida.
April 1991
Began developing and selling in-flight meals.
September 1994
New guesthouse with presentation room built at the foot of Mt. Fuji.
April 2000
Began developing and selling desserts; over 500 original products achieved.
December 2002
Started planning, developing, and selling frozen creative sushi.
March 2003
Tokyo office relocated to Kagurazaka, Shinjuku.
April 2003
Second factory opened in Fujiyoshida.
May 2007
Established and relocated to a new headquarters factory in Fujikawaguchiko-machi, integrating the second factory, with advanced HACCP quality management system certification.
October 2007
Recognized as an advanced standard factory under the HACCP methodology support law.
September 2012
Kansai sales office opened.
October 2012
Obtained JmHACCP certification from the Japan Ready-Made Food Association.
May 2014
Hiroshi Sekiguchi became Chairman, Michiko Taussac appointed as President.
December 2020
Launched D2C brand "A TABLE! ~EPICERIE FINE~."
