Initiatives for SDGs

1. Inclusive Workplace Culture

We foster a culture where everyone, regardless of gender, nationality, age, or position, can share their opinions equally. Nearly half of our employees are women, who bring unique perspectives and ideas. We also value the input of young employees and maintain an open environment for idea exchange.

2. Employee Development and Work-Life Balance

We emphasize employee growth through training, mentoring, and innovative product development competitions. We promote work-life balance with high rates of paid leave and parental leave.

3. Quality and Sustainability

Our products are made with meticulous care, as they are intended for consumption. We carefully select each ingredient, prioritizing domestically produced, high-quality ingredients that ensure safety and allow us to trace the origin of the producers. Additionally, by implementing HACCP, we strictly manage traceability and hygiene to ensure absolute quality.
To minimize food waste, we strictly manage expiration dates and strive for "zero loss." We have introduced portioned services to help our customers reduce waste by using only what they need. Moreover, food items nearing their expiration dates are donated to food banks and other organizations.
Furthermore, as part of our recycling efforts, food waste is converted into compost, plastic gloves and clear files are recycled into plastic materials, waste oil is repurposed for animal feed and industrial oils, and polystyrene foam is converted into solid fuel. Fish scraps are also recycled into animal feed.
We remain committed to environmental responsibility and will continue our efforts towards achieving a sustainable society.

4. Environmental Protection

We support marine and river conservation by reducing plastic use and minimizing packaging. We aim to cut energy consumption through LED lighting and efficient logistics. We are also considering hybrid and electric vehicles for our fleet.
